Taxes
Canadian orders will be charged GST/HST according to the tax rate of the destination province. International and U.S. customers are responsible for any other local taxes they may incur.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on the screen. Due to health reasons, we unfortunately are unable to accept any exchanges or returns of underwear. Please refer to our size chart to ensure you are ordering the most accurate size.
Delivery
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received. We will ship your purchase within 5 business days via Canada Post. Within Canada delivery is typically 3-5 business days. Delivery to the U.S. and Europe is usually within 9 business days. For deliveries to destinations not listed below, or for express delivery, please email us directly at info@thecandifactory.com.
